Meet beauty with brains Tara Sadeghian (https://www.tarasadeghian.com/) a renowned life and embodiment coach whose mission is to empower individuals to uncover their hidden gems and achieve self-mastery. In an exclusive interview with Tara, we delve into her passions, inspirations, dreams, and the profound impact she is making on countless lives.
1. Tell us about your hobbies, aspirations and dreams.
I love connecting to myself and spending time with myself in nature. I go bushwalking almost every week and sometimes even after work, I jump in my car and go for a walk or a short meditation and hug trees at the nearest bush land called “Lizgar gardens”. I am a big fan of Zumba and I do enjoy a good read and meaningful and juicy conversations. I love travelling and good food too.
I have a particular morning ritual and I do my best to stick to it. I do Qigong, then yoga and then meditation. Sometimes I move my body and have devotional dance (free movements). This routine connects me to my soul, and it makes me feel grounded and calm and fully alive. I believe our external world reflects our internal world and the the way we do one thing is the way we do everything.
My dream is to establish a global academy called “LOVE ACADEMY” where people specially kids can learn how to regulate their emotions and cultivate self-love and unconditional love and be their truest selves from the get-go.
2. You are a life coach. Who or what inspired you to choose this profession?
I love teaching and have been teaching almost all my life. The positive impact that I’ve made and continue to make in the life of thousands of migrants and refugees who came to this country with the hope of a better life has inspired me to find my passion and mission. Deep within me I knew I am here on earth for a greater purpose to serve humanity. It was in 2016 that I attended Dr. John De Martini’s 5 day breakthrough experience and that was the start of my journey from solely teaching to learning and embodying the art of self mastery.

3. If you could spend sometime with any famous figure from the past, present, who would it be and why?
I would have liked to meet and sit with Mahatma Gandhi for his deepest yearning to discover the truth in the context of society and politics and for his great contributions and role in the non-violent movement and freedom of India. Mother Teresa is another figure that inspired me to embark on my self-discovery and healing journey and to become an embodiment coach. One of her quotes that resonated with me is: “Love has no meaning by itself, it has to be put in action and that action is service.”
4. Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?
I see myself travelling all around the world and on the biggest global stages delivering talks inspiring and empowering people to tap into their greatness, their hidden gems to move away from suffering and pain into joy.
