Theme: Dynamic Denim

Denim is a material that is strong, lasts long and doesn’t tear easily and there is no doubt in the perpetuity of this classic fabric. The birthplace of denim is the southern French city of Nimes. The word ‘denim’ is derived from the French “serge de Nimes”, meaning “serge (a sturdy fabric) from Nimes”. The theme for our August 2021 Fashion Issue (in collaboration with Sakhi magazine) is Dynamic Denim.
