Simple Approach to Abundance for Gentle Souls
We’ve been hearing the word “abundance” a lot all over the place in recent years. So many people talking about affirmations, journaling, crystals and rituals we should do to manifest true abundance in our lives. But the reality is so much simpler than that!
As an intuitive guide and energy alchemist, living and working from a place of abundance is part of my everyday being. And after playing around with it for decades, I have found that these 3 simple steps have helped me create abundance in so many parts of my life, even in unlikely places!

- KEEP YOUR VIBE HIGH
By raising your frequency, you will be vibing in alignment with the cosmos and, naturally, will be attracting more positive things in your life.
- FOCUS ON WHAT IS RATHER THAN WHAT ISN’T
When we focus on what isn’t and what we don’t have in life, we are low vibing, in a place of fear and anxiety. Instead, raise your frequency by noticing all that you do have that is wonderful and trust the Universe. It has your back and will give you what you need, when the time is right!
- KNOW YOUR WORTH
“Am I worth it?” This thought often comes to our mind, especially if we are still dealing with deep wounds from past experiences that have affected our self-worth and confidence. Know that you are worth it, very much so. Love yourself enough that you magnetise to you everything your heart desires!
